1. General

• Renter must present a valid ID (Passport/KTP) and a valid driving license upon vehicle pick-up.
  
• All rental rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion to USD or other currencies may apply based on the daily exchange rate.
  
  

2. Rates & Payment

• Rates are calculated for 12 hours of use per day.
  
• Overtime usage will be charged at 10% of the daily rental rate per hour.
  
• Rental rates do not include: fuel, tolls, parking fees, driver meals or entrance tickets to attractions (unless specified in a package).
  
• Payment can be made partially (deposit) or in full prior to the rental period.
  
  

3. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles are to be used within the Bali area only. Any use outside Bali requires prior written approval from the provider.
  
• Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, or any activity that violates the law.
  
• The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused by negligence, accidents, or misuse of the vehicle.
  

4. Driver & Fuel

• For rentals with a driver, working hours are limited to a maximum of 12 hours per day.
  
• If an overnight stay for the driver is required, accommodation costs shall be the renter’s responsibility.
• Fuel costs are borne by the renter, unless stated otherwise in an “all-inclusive” package.
  

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the rental date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for early termination or unused rental periods.
  
  

• Vehicles are covered by standard insurance. However, any claims resulting from renter’s negligence (including lost personal belongings inside the vehicle) are the renter’s responsibility.
  
  

• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time.
  
• Late return without prior notice will incur overtime charges.
  
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received (clean and without damage).
  
  

• The provider reserves the right to refuse rental if the renter is deemed unqualified.
  
• By proceeding with the rental, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
