Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Requirements

The renter must be hold a valid motorcycle driving license (international or local).
A valid passport or ID card and a security deposit are required at the time of rental.

2. Rental Period & Return

Rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis (daily rental).
Late returns are subject to an additional hourly charge.
Motorbikes must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with the same level of fuel.
Shipping does not include parking and toll fees

3. Payment & Deposit

Full payment is required at the start of the rental period.
A security deposit will be refunded upon return, provided the vehicle is in good condition.

4. Insurance & Responsibility

Basic third-party insurance may be included (please confirm before rental).
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, accidents, or damages caused during the rental period.
Any loss of accessories (helmets, keys, mirrors, etc.) will incur replacement costs.

5. Usage Policy

The motorbike must only be driven by the registered renter.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Use the motorbike for illegal activities.

6. Maintenance & Breakdown

Bali Pocket ensures all vehicles are regularly serviced and in good condition.

In case of breakdown, renters should contact Bali Pocket immediately for assistance.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the rental date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for early termination or unused rental periods.

8. Liability Waiver

Bali Pocket is not responsible for personal injury, loss of belongings, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Payment & Booking

Book via WhatsApp/Email.
You will receive a booking confirmation and an online invoice via email or WhatsApp.
Payment is required immediately upon invoice issuance to secure your rental voucher.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, QRIS, or Wise.

Please note: Bank and QRIS payments may incur a small service charge.

Bank Transfer
Payments can be made to our Indonesian bank account. Bank details will be provided in the invoice.
Please note: Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

QRIS
We accept payments via QRIS for quick and easy transactions. The QRIS code will be sent along with your invoice.

Pay with Wise

1. Log in to your Wise account at wise.com or via app.

2. Select Send Money and enter the invoice amount.

3. Add our bank account details (shown on your invoice).

4. Choose your payment method and confirm the transfer.

5. Send us the payment receipt to verify your order.

Please note: Wise transactions are subject to an additional processing fee charged by Wise.

By renting a motorbike with Bali Pocket, the renter agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
