1. Rental Eligibility

• Available for both international visitors and Bali residents.
• A valid passport (for tourists) or government-issued ID (for residents) is required upon booking.

2. Rental Period & Rates

• Minimum rental period: 3 days.
• Rental is available for any duration, including over 30 days.
• Additional days beyond the booked period will be charged IDR 60,000/day.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). For reference, amounts can be converted to USD or other currencies based on the current exchange rate at the time of booking.

3. Price Includes

• Compact carrying pouch.
• Pocket Wi-Fi device.
• Charger & USB cable.
• Unlimited data usage with 4G coverage up to 15 GB high-speed data
• Connection for up to 3 devices simultaneously.

4. Price Excludes

• Refundable security deposit of IDR 500,000 (or equivalent in USD), returned upon device return in good condition.
• Early Charge: An additional IDR 100,000 will apply for pick-up or return before 6:00 AM.
• Midnight Charge: An additional IDR 100,000 will apply for pick-up or return after 10:00 PM.
• Delivery fee for pick-up or return locations outside Kuta or Seminyak.

5. Security Deposit

• A refundable deposit of IDR 500,000 (or equivalent in USD) is required at the start of the rental.
• The deposit will be returned immediately upon receiving the device in good working order, with all accessories intact.
• In case of damage, loss, or non-return, the deposit will be used to cover replacement costs.

6. Device Usage & Responsibility

• The renter is fully responsible for the safe use and condition of the device.
• Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at replacement cost.
• Devices must not be used for any illegal activities under Indonesian law.

7. Pick-up & Return Process

Pick-up Point: In front of Circle K, Ngurah Rai International Airport Arrival Area.

1. Present your printed or mobile voucher.

2. Receive the Pocket Wi-Fi device and accessories.

3. Pay the security deposit and start enjoying your connection.

Return Point: In front of Fresh Juice & Healthy Foods, Ngurah Rai International Airport.

1. Return the device and accessories.

2. Deposit is refunded immediately if the device is in good condition.

3. Additional charges apply for overdue returns, damages, or lost items.

8. Internet Speed & Coverage

• High-speed 4G LTE up to 15GB data usage
• Coverage may vary by location, network traffic, or weather conditions.

9. Payment & Booking

• Book via WhatsApp/Email.
• You will receive a booking confirmation and an online invoice via email or WhatsApp.
• Payment is required immediately upon invoice issuance to secure your rental voucher.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, QRIS, or Wise.

Please note: Bank and QRIS payments may incur a small service charge.

Bank Transfer
 Payments can be made to our Indonesian bank account. Bank details will be provided in the invoice.
 Please note: Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

QRIS
 We accept payments via QRIS for quick and easy transactions. The QRIS code will be sent along with your invoice.

Pay with Wise

1. Log in to your Wise account at wise.com or via app.

2. Select Send Money and enter the invoice amount.

3. Add our bank account details (shown on your invoice).

4. Choose your payment method and confirm the transfer.

5. Send us the payment receipt to verify your order.

Please note: Wise transactions are subject to an additional processing fee charged by Wise.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 2 days before the rental start date receive a full refund (excluding bank fees).
• Refund handling fee: USD 5 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refunds for early returns once the rental period has begun.

11. Confirmation

• Confirmation will be sent within 12 hours of booking.
• If no email is received, please check your Spam folder or contact us immediately.
