🌎 Terms & Conditions – Global Travel SIM Card

1. General Information

• This SIM card is a Global Travel SIM, usable in multiple countries around the world.
• It is a plug & play SIM – simply insert it into SIM slot 1 and you’ll be connected instantly.
• No passport or ID registration is required.
• Works with major network providers in supported countries (4G/5G coverage).

2. Usage Policy

• Internet access depends on the selected data package and destination country.
• The SIM card can be reused multiple times by reloading or activating new data packages through our admin or official channel.
• Connection quality may vary depending on the country, location, and network signal strength.

3. Compatibility

• Your device must be unlocked and compatible with 4G/5G networks.
• To ensure a stable connection, the SIM card must be placed in SIM slot 1.
• Dual SIM phones may not connect properly if the SIM is inserted into slot 2.

4. Activation & Support

• Once the SIM card is inserted, wait a few seconds for the signal to appear automatically.
• If not connected, restart your device or enable airplane mode for 5–10 seconds, then disable it again.
• For any assistance or package activation, please contact our admin through WhatsApp or the contact information provided.

5. Payment & Booking

• Booking Process
• Book easily via WhatsApp or Email.
• You will receive a booking confirmation and an online invoice via WhatsApp or email.
• Full payment is required immediately upon invoice issuance to confirm your SIM card order.

Payment Methods

 We accept several convenient payment options:

a. Bank Transfer

• Payments can be made to our Indonesian bank account (details provided in your invoice).
• Please note: Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

b. QRIS

• We accept payments via QRIS for fast and simple transactions.
• The QRIS code will be sent together with your invoice.
• A small service charge may apply depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

• Payment confirmation is mandatory to proceed with delivery or pick-up.
• Unpaid bookings will be automatically canceled after a specified time limit.
• Bank and QRIS payments may incur a minor service fee depending on the issuing bank or payment platform.

6. Pick-Up & Delivery

• Pick-up Point: In front of Circle K, Ngurah Rai International Airport Arrival Area.
• Delivery Area: Available only within Bali.

- Free delivery for Seminyak, Kuta, and Jimbaran areas.
- Other areas will be charged an additional delivery fee based on distance.

• We do not provide delivery services outside of Bali.

7. Refund & Replacement Policy

• No refund is available once the SIM card has been activated or the data package has started.
• Replacement is available only for defective SIM cards reported within 24 hours after purchase.

8. Limitations

• This SIM card is for personal data use only (no voice or SMS unless stated otherwise).
• It may not be used for illegal or commercial activities (e.g., mass messaging, VPN misuse, or data farming).
• Any violation will result in immediate deactivation without refund.

9. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for network or connectivity issues caused by external factors such as local restrictions, weather, or signal limitations.
• By purchasing and using this SIM card, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
